Building Analytics is currently looking for qualified candidates to join us in our corporate headquarters in Los Angeles or one of our regional offices. We are also interested in developing relationships with licensed professionals as field consultants throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

Registered Architect

• A minimum 4 year degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in on-site evaluation of existing building conditions or construction/renovation oversight.
• A minimum of 5 years experience performing physical needs assessments and useful life estimates for building systems/components, building codes & ADA compliance, and repairs & maintenance cost estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy in Windows based programs such as Word, FileMaker and Excel.

Professional Engineer

• A minimum 4 year degree in structural, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years building design and field experience.
• A minimum of 5 years experience performing property condition assessments and useful life estimates for building components, seismic/PML studies, and repair & maintenance cost estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy in Windows based programs such as Word, FileMaker and Excel.

Environmental Professional/Geologist

• A minimum 4 year degree in environmental engineering or geology.
• A minimum of 5 years experience performing environmental site assessments.
• Professional credentials required to perform Phase I evaluations include R.E.A. or P.E.
• Phase II & Phase III experience is a plus. Requirements include P.E. or R.G.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy in Windows based programs such as Word, FileMaker and Excel.
